How Do I Change My Billing & Shipping Addresses?
You can change both your billing and shipping addresses from the “My Account” item on the top menu and then clicking edit next to “Billing Address” or “Shipping Address“.
How Do I Contact You For Support?
You can use our online contact form to get in contact with us, but the best way to raise support queries is to use our Support Ticket System, located under “My Account”>”Support Ticket” in the top menu, or you can follow this link:
Then you can click “Open Ticket” (Please provide all required (red asterisk) information), give a brief but in-depth description of your query, upload any relevant images or documents, and click “Save Ticket”, we try to respond to most support tickets within 48 Hours.
To see our replies, go back to the Support Tickets page (linked above) and select “My Tickets”, from here you can select a created ticket and view our replies.
